Sony SAB Artists Share Their Excitement For The Upcoming Monsoon Season
After weeks of soaring temperatures and sunny days, the arrival of the monsoon is something many eagerly look forward to. The first raindrops, the refreshing breeze, the smell of wet earth, and the promise of cooler days make the season one of the most cherished times of the year. As anticipation for the rains builds across the country, Sony SAB artists - Iqbal Khan, Srishti Singh, Muskan Bamne, Deeksha Joshi, Chandan Anand and Toral Rasputra are equally excited to welcome the monsoon and all the little joys that come with it.

Sharing what they love most about the season, the actors spoke about their monsoon rituals, favourite memories, and why they simply can't wait for the rains to arrive.
Iqbal Khan, who plays Dr. Dev Mehta in Yaadein, shares, "This summer has felt especially long, so I genuinely can't wait for the monsoon to arrive. There's something magical about the first rainfall that instantly changes the mood and energy around us. I love how everything starts looking greener and fresher. The rainy season always reminds me of childhood memories, fun moments with friends, and enjoying delicious snacks while watching the rain outside."
Srishti Singh, who plays Dr. Vaani Gupta in Yaadein, shares, "The moment June arrives, I start looking forward to the rains. After spending months under clear skies and rising temperatures, the sight of dark clouds feels incredibly exciting. There is something so beautiful about cloudy skies, gentle rain, and the fresh scent of the earth after the first shower. The season brings a different kind of energy and comfort that I absolutely love. Whether it's enjoying a hot cup of coffee or simply listening to the sound of rain, monsoon is a time I always look forward to."
Muskan Bamne, who plays Shanaya in Pushpa Impossible, shares, "Monsoon has always been one of my favourite seasons. The moment the skies start turning grey, I get excited because it means the rains are finally on their way. I love how everything looks greener and fresher during this time of the year. After the long wait, I am really looking forward to enjoying the cool breeze, the rainy-day snacks, and all the beautiful moments that come with the season."
Deeksha Joshi, who plays Deepti Patel in Pushpa Impossible, shares, "After weeks of warm, sunny days, I think all of us are eagerly waiting for the monsoon to arrive. There's something so comforting about the first rain, it instantly changes the mood around you. I look forward to sitting by the window with a cup of chai, watching the rain and enjoying the freshness it brings. Monsoon has a way of making everyday moments feel special, and I can't wait to welcome the season."
Chandan Anand, who plays Shakuni in Hastinapur Ke Veer, shares, "I have been counting down the days for the monsoon! After the warm summer months, the arrival of rain feels like a welcome change. I love the cosy atmosphere that comes with cloudy weather, cool winds, and the smell of wet earth. It's the perfect season to slow down, spend time with loved ones, enjoy a good book, and simply appreciate the little joys around us."
Toral Rasputra, who plays Kunti in Hastinapur Ke Veer, shares, "After this scorching summer, I think all of us are waiting for the rains more than ever! Monsoon has always been one of my favourite seasons because it brings a welcome break from the heat. I'm excited for cloudy skies, pleasant weather, and those cozy moments spent indoors with a cup of coffee and good music.
