Directed by Ahmed Bhatti, Tapish features Muneeb Butt as Shazar Sultan, Laiba Khan as Shifa and Saad Qureshi as Maaz in the lead along with Saba Faisal, Faran Tahir, Syed Tipu Sharif, Paras Masroor, Amna Malik, Shermeen Ali, Malaika Riaz, Imran Qureshi, Komal Abbasi, Saleena Sipra, Erum Akhtar etc. The show is about love triangle, power, influence and a lot of drama and has been winning millions of hearts.

For the uninitiated, Tapish revolves around Shifa a middle class woman whose life takes a major turn after she crosses paths with Shahzer Sultan and influential man who is too obsessed with her and is willing to go to any extent for him. On the other hand, Shifa, who has no romantic interest in Shahzer, ends up marrying Maaz, the man she loves. However, this leaves Shahzer paranoid and he is leaving no stone unturned to get in touch with Shifa. Adding twist to the plot, Maaz and Shahzer emerge as college friends giving Shahzer a change to get close to Shifa and influence her marriage. However, his obsession and possessiveness has started scaring Shifa and even Maaz is getting clues about Shahzer's intentions

As Shahzer is trying to separate Shifa and Maaz, Shifa isn't really pleased with Maaz's proximity with Shahzer and his interference in their married life. On the other hand, Maaz also seems to be noticing Shahzer's inclination towards Maaz and is likely to confront him about the same. While the confrontation will affect their friendship, it will be interesting to see how Shahzer will try to win Shifa now.
