Divya Agarwal On Getting Rape Threats Post Fallout With Prince Narula In The 50

Divyaa alleged that supporters of Prince Narula targeted Divyaa with threats, including rape threats, following the recent fallout between the two.

Divyaa chose Instagram Stories to describe what has been happening since the conflict with Prince Narula. Referring to Prince as an ex-brother, Divyaa wrote, "Recently I have been receiving a lot of hate from my ex-brother's (Prince Narula) fans."

Divyaa said that criticism alone did not bother Divyaa, but the nature of the messages did. Divyaa stated that hate was expected, yet alleged that some users escalated matters to direct rape threats. Divyaa wrote, "Hate ki problem nahi hai, but rape threats." Divyaa also shared that trolls told Divyaa, "Hamko pata hai tu kaha rehti hai...10 ladke le kar aayenge...rape karenge, video banayenge. You deserve all of that."

After detailing the messages, Divyaa criticised a "so-called" celebrity, seen as a clear reference to Prince Narula. Divyaa claimed this person still watches full episodes of The 50 and remarks, "Aaj ka episode bhot jyada funny tha." Divyaa labelled Prince Narula "self-obsessed" and accused Prince of "instigating fans" to continue sending hostile messages.

Divyaa further alleged that Prince Narula often supports people privately but then discusses this help in public. According to Divyaa, Prince allows people to stay at Prince's home, later reminding audiences by saying, "Maine paala hai." Divyaa’s posts highlight concern over fan culture, arguing that personal disagreements should not lead to threats of sexual violence.

As the conversation around the fallout continues among fans, Divyaa's statement highlights the emotional toll reality show contestants can face outside the game, especially when their opinions or decisions trigger strong reactions from viewers online.
