Actress Juhi Parmar Launches ‘Thrive with Juhi Parmar’- A Platform Focused on Emotional Safety
Juhi Parmar launches Thrive with Juhi Parmar to help women cultivate emotional safety and self-leadership through mentorship, structured sessions and practices centred on regulation, pattern awareness and rebuilding self-trust for better decisions in life and work.
Television actor Juhi Parmar is moving beyond scripted roles with Thrive with Juhi Parmar, a new platform that focuses on emotional safety and self-leadership for women. The initiative aims to help women turn inner stability into practical change, drawing on Parmar’s personal experiences of resilience in public life and in more private, lesser-known moments.

Through Thrive with Juhi Parmar, the actor plans structured mentorship and immersive sessions that guide women from emotional chaos to clarity and confidence. The work centres on emotional regulation, pattern awareness and rebuilding self-trust, so women can approach relationships, careers and daily decisions with greater intention, instead of operating from constant stress or self-doubt.
Thrive with Juhi Parmar and emotional safety as a core mission
Explaining the heart of the project, Juhi says, "I am on a mission to help women feel safe and grounded internally, so they can change their outer reality. Most women don't lack strength. They lack emotional safety within themselves. When a woman feels emotionally safe, she stops shrinking. She raises her standards and leads differently. When she stops surviving and starts choosing, everything shifts."
Parmar shares that television audiences witness only one aspect of strength when watching performances or public appearances. The actor points out that the deepest growth happened off-camera. Major personal shifts challenged Parmar’s sense of identity and emotional steadiness, which pushed a search for the hidden patterns that shape how many women react to stress, loss and change.
Thrive with Juhi Parmar, emotional safety and Juhi’s earlier projects
Her curiosity about women’s inner worlds appears earlier in projects like the podcast SheRose. On that show, Parmar speaks with women from varied backgrounds who have faced intense setbacks. The conversations highlight stories of courage and personal change. A similar theme appears in Zee show Kahani Har Ghar Ki, where women share struggles, while Parmar supports them in exploring practical ways forward.
Alongside professional work, Parmar invests in personal study of the mind and emotions. Years of courses and deep practice lead to certification as an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Master Practitioner. This training, and continued exploration of the subconscious mind, later shapes the principles behind Thrive with Juhi Parmar, especially the link between emotional regulation and everyday decision-making.
Thrive with Juhi Parmar, emotional safety and future vision
Parmar now frames this phase as an attempt to create a new kind of space in India, one where emotional safety is treated as vital rather than indulgent. With Thrive with Juhi Parmar, the actor positions inner security as the base for strong, self-led living, and encourages women to see emotional work as practical, not abstract or distant from real life.
