Tum Ho Naa: Rajeev Khandelwal Reflects On True Love As Gold Medallist Heta Thakker Opens Up On Her Journey

Adding to the emotional evening, contestant Tanisha shared an inspiring chapter of her life, revealing how her husband Azaad stood by her through one of her toughest battles. What began as a routine hospital visit with a friend turned into a life-changing moment when doctors discovered that three of her heart valves were damaged and she needed immediate surgery. Worried about his future, Tanisha urged Azaad to move on and find someone else, but he refused, assuring her that he would always stand by her side. Azaad also recalled the heartbreaking moment he saw Tanisha after her surgery with a tube through her throat. Today, despite being on blood-thinning medication, Tanisha continues to work at a bank while taking care of her family, proving that true love is about standing by each other through life's most difficult moments.

The episode also featured contestant Heta Thakker, who has won three Gold medals for India at the Asia Pacific Masters Games 2023 in South Korea, as she opened up about her remarkable love story. She shared, "Rajeev, maine introduction mein kaha tha ki inki story itni filmy hai ki kisi film mein bhi sama sakti hai aur aapne kaha tha ki school se shuru hai." Heta revealed that their relationship actually began during their bachelor's degree and grew into a long distance relationship filled with challenges. She recalled how her husband, who was her boyfriend at the time, travelled every weekend from Thane to Pune just to meet her. On one occasion, when his family couldn't reach him, they even lodged a missing person complaint. She further spoke about another difficult phase when she moved abroad for higher studies, and the distance put their relationship to the test. Despite the challenges, her husband chose to trust both her and their relationship. Recalling the turning point, Heta shared that in 2017 they went through a very difficult phase, and she eventually decided to return to India because she realised she couldn't stay away from him.
