Udne Ki Aasha actor Neha Harsora is a fitness enthusiast, but work keeps her busy. Hence, she tries to include a lot of movements in her daily routine, as she understands the importance of fitness in showbiz.

She said, "Fitness is extremely important, especially in our field. Show business demands a lot physically and mentally, and we really need to work on ourselves-our body, our health, and our mindset. If you're unhealthy or constantly tired, you start feeling very lethargic, and it directly affects your work."

"My routine honestly depends on my work schedule. When I get time, I try to include basic body movement-walking, light workouts, or even Surya Namaskar. On shoot days, even stretching or moving around helps. I believe any form of movement is better than doing nothing," she added.

Neha revealed that she tried to follow a specific diet earlier, but with unpredictable call times and extended night shifts, it became very difficult for her to maintain. She added, "I try to eat healthy, home-cooked food whenever possible, but my eating schedule often gets disturbed."

When work keeps her busy, it's important for her to keep her energy levels high. She shared, "To maintain my energy, I eat small portions every two to three hours instead of heavy meals. That really helps during long shoots. Keeping myself hydrated and eating light but frequent meals works best for me."

For her, home-cooked food is very important. She said, "I try to include simple, healthy meals and eat at regular intervals, even if the portions are small. Hydration is also a must. Khichdi is my comfort and go-to meal, especially after night shifts. Palak khichdi or dal khichdi works really well for my body. I also prefer simple meals like salads with paneer."

And she doesn't follow proper cheat days. She said, "I eat what I feel like, but not regularly and not every day. I go through phases-sometimes for 10-15 days I don't feel like eating anything unhealthy, and then there are days when I crave ice cream or pastries continuously."

Skincare is also a non-negotiable for her. She said, "I regularly visit my dermatologist and follow basic skincare-cleansing, moisturizing, and lotions. If I get any breakouts, I immediately consult my doctor. With such hectic schedules, professional guidance really helps."

Though she agrees that discipline is very important, she insisted it is challenging in Mumbai because work hours are so erratic. She said, "Still, maintaining yourself is important-for yourself, not just because you're on television. Even people who aren't in this industry should prioritize health, movement, and exercise as a habit."

Two fitness tips? "Make body movement a habit-at least 30 minutes every day, no matter how busy you are. Eat healthy, home-cooked food as much as possible, and stay consistent rather than extreme," Neha ended.
