As Dr Dev Mehta (Iqbal Khan) tries to make sense of his forgotten past, a discovery is about to bring him closer to a truth he has been searching for all along.

In the upcoming episodes, Dr Dev is stunned to learn that Dr Vaani (Srishti Singh) was the woman he was about to propose to before losing his memory. The revelation, however, creates a rift between them, as Dr Dev struggles to understand why Dr Vaani kept their past hidden. While Dr Vaani believes that memories and emotions cannot be forced, Dr Dev finds himself torn between his unfinished story with her and his growing feelings for Dr Srishty (Gulki Joshi), leaving him facing a life-changing dilemma.
