Diya Aur Baati Hum, December 23rd episode written update: Baba Sa holds his heart and they all take him to hospital. Everyone in the family feels the tension. Vikram supports Bhabho emotionally but Meena keeps blabbering. Sandhya supports and convinces everyone with her positivity.

Suraj asks the doctor of Baba Sa is fine. The doctor suggests that he might have had cardiac attack. Anuj leaves to buy medicines. Bhabho asks Imli what did the doctor say. She blabbers and tells her that he has got a heart attack. Sandhya supports Bhabho by telling that this is just an assumption and it is not yet confirmed.

Bhabho walks inside towards Baba Sa to see him. She sees him and gets nervous. She scolds him and asks him to get up and go back home. She requests him to call her by name once. The complete family comes to tears. Chhavi hugs Suraj and asks if Baba Sa will get fine soon. He tells her that he would recover very soon and dance in her marriage. Meena also consoles everyone.

The nurse asks Bhabho to go out of the room so that she can medicate him. She cones out and the family consoles Bhabho morally. Mohit cries watching Baba Sa in this condition and Suraj consoles him. Suraj consoles and strengthens both Vikram and Mohit to act strongly in this phase so that everyone gets support from the pillars of the family. They all say that they will treat Baba Sa in the best possible manner.

The nurse tells them that they need to shift him upstairs for some tests. Vikram, Suraj and Mohit help them to take him upstairs. Bhabho gets scared but does not reveal the same in front of anyone.
Dai Sa and other ladies come to visit the family in hospital and ask how did it all happened. She tells that he has gone to undergo some tests. She consoles him.

Chhavi receives a call from Hyderabad Police Academy and ask for Sandhya. She hands over the phone to Sandhya. The caller tells him that she has to report tomorrow for the orientation programme before 11:00AM.
