She wonders how come Adi didn't react and instructs Rohit to keep hold of Payal in her hands. Sheela gets irritated of Payal and discusses her unhappiness with Pankhuri. Anuj asks Payal why did she leave office so soon.

Harish questions why didn't Avantika have her meal and medicines. She says that she forgot as she was busy reading the book. He packs her clothes and asks her to go to Dewan mansion so that someone takes care of her. They both quarrel on this as well and Avantika clarifies that she would not go leaving him alone.

Rubal tells Anuj that they have not yet decided where they are going for honeymoon. Anuj pulls Sheela's leg when she asks him to take on a honeymoon. Harish comes to drop Avantika at the Dewan mansion so that someone can take care of her. They give her a warm welcome except Sheela. Harish also clarifies that he does not have any grudges for anyone.

Harish apologises from Sheela for not attending Rubal's marriage. Sameer walks in Dewan mansion holding Preeti's reports all broken. He hugs Adi tightly and starts crying. He asks everyone to save Preeti and shows them her reports. Adi questions Sameer how could he hide such a big issue. Sheela feels guilty of saying so much to Preeti for not attending Rubal's marriage.

Everyone volunteers to give their kidney to Preeti. Sameer thanks everyone for understanding. Rubal tries to have a word with his doctor to arrange a kidney donor at the earliest possible. Payal supports broken Rubal and tells her that she would not let anything to Preeti hugging him. She fights with the conflict in her mind.

Latika serves her hand-made food to her mother. She asks to bring dinner from the restaurant only. Adi wonders how could they hide such a big thing from the complete family. Pankhuri understands Preeti's intention of not telling about her pain to her family.

Suddenly, Payal crosses their door and Adi becomes conscious on seeing her. Pankhuri asks what happened to him. He tells the incidence which happened between him and Payal in the office. She is shocked to hear and tells him that she would have a word with Payal regarding this.
