Diya Aur Baati Hum, 10th January episode update written: IPS Singh tells that the cadets have to complete 400 metres in 4 rounds. The cadets start off and are running. Their timings are recorded. Zakir comes third and is disappointed. Sandhya runs well initially and Zakir is checking the performance of all the cadets. He feels that he will take Sandhya in his team. Suddenly, Sandhya falls down and injures her leg and isn’t able to get up.

IPS Singh comes and urges her to get up, run and complete the task. Sandhya gets up and starts running again but slowly. Zakir drops the idea of taking Sandhya in his team. Bhabho, Babasaa and Suraj arrive at a station and Suraj asks for some samosas. Another girl comes beside him at the shop and keeps her mobile phone next to his. The two phones are identical. As the train beings to leave, they take each other’s phone instead and board the train.

Meena thinks that Vikram is not speaking to her properly. Meena tries to strike a conversation with Vikram and talks to Kanha to evoke a response from Vikram. Vikram taunts that she cannot notice that Kanha’s nose is running and to take care of that. Vikram says that he will not go against Bhabho’s decision.

All the cadets have finished but Sandhya being slow is unable to complete it by then. IPS Singh orders her to finish the remaining 2 rounds and report to her. IPS Singh reinstates that an IPS training is not easy. Sandhya comes last and falls. IPS Singh declares the winner as Adil and tells that he will head the first squad named Himalay. Zakir heads the 3rd squad. IPS Singh declares Sandhya as the last position. She recalls Bhabho’s words that she has to win the trophy.
