Sandhya is attending the police orientation. Her family is seated at the audience. The senior inspector is giving a lecture on discipline and life at the police academy. They welcome IPS Singh. Bhabho notices the watch on her hand and matches it with the biker who they met. Bhabho says that IPS Singh doesn’t look like a woman in any aspect. The cadets are asked to give their introduction by forming their names on the placards given.

IPS Singh personally checks the placards and comes to Sandhya. She removes her Surname ‘Rathi’ and ‘Mrs’ from her name leaving it to only ‘Sandhya’. She tells everyone to remove gender and surname from their names and tells them to forget their families. She also tells to forget caste and creed. She wants raw mud which has only colour. Bhabho is upset with her words. Babasaa consoles her. IPS Singh tells that only then the cadets will be able to help people irrespective of cast and colour and demands determination. Cadets are ordered to disperse. Sandhya comes to her family and sees Bhabho unhappy. An announcement is made for families to check the cadet’s room and to leave.
