Ek Boond Ishq January 1st Episode Written Update: Mrityunjay sees a bad dream about Tara. He is disturbed and frightened. Tara comforts him. She suggests to read Hanuman Chalisa to overcome bad dreams. She recites Hanuman Chalisa to help him overcome his fear.

In Jairaj’s house, Fahim Chacha brings Christmas caps for the youngsters. The girls, including Tara, are a bit excited and they want to celebrate Christmas and have party. Nirmala heartlessly rebukes them and forbids it.

A kind and caring Jairaj takes the three girls to the stable to celebrate Christmas. Mrityunjay brings a Christmas tree. The three girls celebrate and have fun a lot of fun.

They have an innovative plan. Everyone writes secret wish in a piece of paper and keeps it inside a sock. It is decided that everyone will discover some other’s secret wish and will try to fulfill it without disclosing it to anyone. Jairaj and Nirmala come to participate with them. All of them enjoy the evening a lot.

Tara’s mother reminisces the last Christmas and becomes emotional. Tara thanks Mrityunjay for the Christmas tree. He says he will not let anything be incomplete in her life. She says that her life is incomplete without him. Mrityunjay leaves without answering.

Mrityunjay sees Tara’s secret wish that she wants to come close to her mother. He promises that he will fulfill her wish. He wishes that Tara may get back her pearl. As Tara reads it, she says, he himself is her pearl, she wants to get him in her life forever.
