Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2 22nd January written Episode: Astha is not able to remove the Mangalsutra as the beads get blocked in her untied hair. She has to hurry for the court, being accompanied by her parents. Shlok starts for the court with his mother and brother. Shlok sees the newspaper where a photo has been published showing him together with Astha. The news story headline claims their love to be immortal. Shlok dumps the paper in anger.

The judge calls Shlok and Astha to his chamber and the family members wait outside. Astha’s mother becomes impatient for the judgment. Shlok’s mother tells her that Astha may get the divorce, but they will face the music of bringing an insult to Shlok’s family.

The judge shows the newspaper to Shlok and Astha and wants to know what the truth is. He wants to know, when people acknowledge them as a nice couple, why they have decided to get separate. Shlok claims that it was Astha who has asked for the divorce. Astha becomes astonished at his behavior and says that it was Shlok who made her claim the divorce. She tells the judge that Shlok never accepted her as his wife.

The judge says that Shlok’s effort to save Astha’s life from the fire, shows his love and concern for her. He cannot understand what can be the name of this love. This relationship is to be handled with enough maturity while he notices childish attitudes in the couple. So, he orders them to stay together for six months and try to rebuild the relationship. If they fail to do so, he would grant their divorce after six months. Astha’s mother is shocked to know this and she appeals to the judge to reconsider his decision. The judge advises her to help build up the relationship.
