Aankh Micholi 2 Launch Date: Will Khushi Dubey-Navneet Malik's Show REPLACE Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai?

Aankh Micholi update: Star Plus is all set to launch a new show titled Aankh Micholi from next month. The leading GEC will spruce up its programming by introducing a hatke daily soap. Gossip mills suggested that it will be Diya Aur Baati Hum 2 as the show will focus on the story of a girl, who is an undercover agent.

Khushi Dubey and Navneet Malik will play the lead roles in Aankh Micholi, which will be different from Diya Aur Baati Hum and yet similar in many aspects. The promo of the upcoming daily soap has already captured the attention of the netizens.

The official Instagram handle of StarPlus released the promo along with the caption, Undercover agent Rukmini ne jo socha bhi nahin tha, aisi shaadi ka wo hissa banegi. Lekin kya hoga jab uski zindagi uske saath aankh micholi khelegi? Dekhiye, #AankhMicholi, jald hi, StarPlus aur Disney+ Hotstar par."

WILL YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI GO OFF AIR?

We had earlier informed our readers that Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is safe and Baatein Kuch Ankahee is under the scanner. "There's a lot of chatter around Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai going off air. The rumour mills need to rest in peace as YRKKH is safe and not ending anytime soon. The channel has just introduced the generation leap and it will take some time for the new leads to strike a connection with the masses. After Armaan and Abhira's wedding track, the makers are hopeful that the numbers will increase. There will be another massive twist when Yeh Rishta completes 15 successful years next month," our source quipped.

Contrary to the rumours, Aankh Micholi will hit the airwaves from January 22 at 6:30pm slot. It won't replace any show as the channel wants to experiment with the early evening slot.

YRKKH TRPs have increased in the past three weeks and the show is here to rock and roll.
