Anupamaa twist: Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna's show has been hogging all the limelight ever since the makers introduced a new track focusing on Anupamaa and Anuj Kapadia's separation. It's hard for the fans to believe that MaAn are no longer together.

The two lovebirds parted ways after Choti Anu got separated from them. Anuj decided to break all the ties with his wife over a misunderstanding, leaving the viewers shocked. The separation track has become the talk of the town as everyone is busy discussing how Anuj ended his relatioship with the person for whom he waited for 26 long years.

ANUPAMAA LEAP UPDATE

Amid the constant buzz over MaAn's reunion, gossip mills have suggested that the makers would take a six-year leap in the upcoming days. Producer Rajan Shahi has refuted the rumours, stating that the time jump would be according to the demand of the storyline.

"Expect the unexpected in upcoming episodes of Anupamaa. Anupamaa and Anuj will reunite; however, there's still time for that. The creative team has planned a special twist that will change the lives of MaAn and other people involved with them," a source close to the show earlier told Filmibeat.

"There's no huge time jump as mentioned by Rajan Shahi sir. The new track will be full of melodrama. Expect loads of tears and emotional moments in the show along with new entries," the source added.

After Rajan Shahi confirmed that a few characters will bid adieu to the show post the time jump, fans wondered if Kavya's journey will come to an end. Before you start believing the rumours, we have to stop you right there.

Madalsa Sharma is very much a part of the show and she is not going anywhere. The producer, while interacting with a portal, dropped hints about the future of Kavya's character in the show.

"Kavya will also have her phase where one would get to see the modeling phase, the issues she would have with Vanraj post Anirudh coming in the picture," Rajan told Tellychakkar.
