Anupamaa twist: Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna's show has been hogging all the limelight as the makers are focusing on MaAn's separation. While the differences between the couple is over, they are parting ways as Anupama is leaving for The United States of America.

Malti Devi, who entered the show as Anupama's dance guru, has given her the responsibility to lead the dance academy in the US. She has been strict in her approach, asking Anupama to not her family members affect her career.

Malti Devi (Apara Mehta) has asked Anupama to sign a three-year contract, which will bind her to the dance academy. She cannot return to India and has to stay in America to head the academy and teach the students. While fans have questioned Malti Devi's intentions, they are also hopeful that she will have a change of heart and reunite MaAn when she comes to know about the reality.

Speculations were rife that Rupali Ganguly would go missing for some time as she is enjoying a vacation in Mauritius. Filmibeat was the first portal to debunk the rumours.

A source close to Anupamaa exclusively told Filmibeat, "Rupali Ganguly and her family members have jetted off to Mauritius for a much-needed vacation. Rupali shoots for 25-28 days a month as she is required in most of the scenes. She deserved a break and the makers had no qualms in giving her days off."

"Rupali Ganguly is a thorough professional and she has already shot for her scenes in advance. She has never let anything affect the flow of work. Will Anupama go missing for a while in the show? That's a surprise for the viewers. The upcoming track will keep them hooked on to their television sets," the source added.

Gossip mills suggested that Malti Devi and Anuj Kapadia had a connection. It was said that Malti Devi is Anuj's biological mother, who left him to focus on her career. However, there's no truth to the rumour.

According to a report in BollywoodLife, Malti Devi is not Anuj's real mom and she wanted to separate MaAn as she wished to take revenge from them. There's no confirmation about the reason behind her motive to separe Anuj and Anupamaa.
