Anupamaa twist: It's hard to believe that a couple like Anupamaa and Anuj are no longer together. Indian television shows are known for uniting the lead characters and then separating them due to misunderstandings. Be it Akshara-Abhimanyu, Sai-Virat or MaAn, many lead couples have parted ways due to different issues in the daily soaps, which air on Star Plus.

Anupamaa and Anuj Kapadia's relationship suffered a hit after Choti Anu got separated from them. Anuj decided to end all ties with his wife, for whom he waited for 26 years. Their sudden split left the viewers shocked as they always thought that MaAn will survive the high tide.

ANUPAMAA LEAP

Amid the buzz over the storyline of the show, there are mumours that the makers are planning to introduce a six-year leap. While there's no official confirmation about the same, gossip mills suggest that the creative team has planned to spice up things by introducing a time jump and keep the audience engaged.

After the leap, Choti Anu (Asmi Deo) is expected to make an exit from the hit daily soap as her character will be shown grown-up by six years.

NEW ENTRY IN ANUPAMAA

As per the recent update, Mahi Soni is all set to enter Anupamaa in a pivotal character. The child artist will be seen playing the role of Anupamaa's student at her dance academy. Her character is expected to bring in a new twist in the daily soap, changing the dynamics.

As Anupamaa dance academy will be the central focus in Anupamaa's life, she will teach the art to different students. Mahi Soni is said to be her favourite student, who might play a big role in Anupamaa and Anuj Kapadia's reunion.

While speculations were rife that Choti Anu will bring her foster parents together, a report in Justshowbiz suggested that Mahi Soni's character will be the one to reunite MaAn. Yes, you read that right.

Mahi Soni's character is expected to play a big role in MaAn's reunion. The production house is yet to make an official announcement about the same."Expect the unexpected in upcoming episodes of Anupamaa. Anupamaa and Anuj will reunite; however, there's still time for that. The creative team has planned a special twist that will change the lives of MaAn and other people involved with them," a source exclusively told Filmibeat.

"There's no huge time jump as mentioned by Rajan Shahi sir. The new track will be full of melodrama. Expect loads of tears and emotional moments in the show along with new entries," the source added.
