Anupamaa twist: Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna's popular show has been grabbing maximum eyeballs ever since the makers introduced Samar's death track. After weeks of speculation, it was confirmed that Sagar Parekh would make an exit from the serial. Will Samar die in Anupama ? This was the question on everyone's mind.

ANUPAMAA LEAP UPDATE

Speculations rife that Anupamaa will take a five-year leap following which MaAn (Anupama and Anuj) would get separated. Rajan Shahi had earlier confirmed that separation is on the cards but he remained tight-lipped about the rumours of MaAn's divorce.

When we asked a reliable source about the same, he earlier told Filmibeat, "MaAn are not getting divorced for the time being. However, separation is on the cards as the Shah family members including Baa and Vanraj will influence Anupama to take a major decision. How she reacts after Samar's death will form the crux of the story."

A source also exclusively informed Filmibeat about the new villain of Anupamaa. No, it's not Malti Devi or Adhik but a new entry. There are no prize for guessing that we are talking about Suresh. "Sonu's father Suresh will be the next big villain in Anupamaa, He will use money and muscle power to influence the court proceedings and Shah family so that Anupama and Vanraj are not able to get justice for Samar. After acting sweet in front of Vanraj and Anupama, he will showcase his true colors and threaten the duo of consequences, if they dare to lodge a complain against his son Sonu," our khabri quipped.

A report in Tellychakkar suggested that Anupama serial will witness a time jump of five years but there's no official confirmation about the same. Hence, we are taking the rumour with a pinch of salt.

ANUPAMAA NEW ENTRY

Amid the entry of Sonu and Suresh in Anupamaa serial, it was rumoured that Rishabh Jaiswal aka Nirmit would also make an appearance. It was said that Anupama would ask Dimple to marry Nirmit after Samar's death. While there was no official confirmation about the same, gossip mills continued to churn out stories about the same online.

On the first day of Navratri 2023, Rupali Ganguly went live on Instagram and dropped hints about the re-entry of a popular character in the show. She asked the audience to guess who could return to the show after a long time.

Well, if Rupali Ganguly's video is anything to go by, Jaswir Kaur aka Devika might make a return to Anupamaa. If she returns to the show, she will act as Anupama's support system amid rumours of MaAn's separation.

The actress expressed her excitement on having Jaswir back on the sets of Star Plus' top-rated drama after a long time.

Anupamaa also stars Sudhanshu Pandey, Madalsa Sharma, Nidhi Shah, Nishi Saxena in key roles. The show is the Hindi remake of Bengali drama Sreemoyee, which aired on Star Jalsa. Rajan Shahi's show is the number one drama across all the leading channels.
