Barsatein: Dilip Joshi's Taarak Mehta's Co-star To Play Shivangi Joshi's Sister In Kushal Tandon's Show

Barsatein Cast: Shivangi Joshi and Kushal Tandon's show has been making waves ever since the first promo was unveiled on Thursday (June 1). Sony Entertainment Television kickstarted the month with a bang by releasing the blockbuster promo of its new romantic drama.

Shivangi Joshi and Kushal Tandon's crackling chemistry has already captured the attention of the netizens. Be it their tashan or the backdrop of the rains, the promo created anticipation for the show among the audience.

The two popular TV stars, who have already earned a significant fan following in their previous shows, showcased their magic in the teaser video of Barsaatein. Their on-screen chemistry is enough to make you gush over them.

BARSAATEIN LAUNCH DATE, TIME SLOT

Filmibeat was the first portal to inform our beloved readers about the show and the special theme. Contrary to the rumours, Barsaatein will not launch on June 19. We shared an exclusive update, giving a spicy update about Ekta Kapoor's drama.

"The promo shoot for Barsaatein took place last Friday. There's no way the show is going on air in the next 19 days. Yes, it will launch in June but at a later date. The channel is yet to finalise the time slot. It will be getting a prime time slot between 9-10:30 pm on the channel. Most probably 10 pm. Things will be crystal clear in a few days. The promo is getting launched this week," the source earlier exclusively told Filmibeat.

BARSATEIN CAST: TAARAK MEHTA ACTRESS JOINS SHOW

We have another update related to the show. The makers have roped in another actress to play a crucial role in Barsatein, which is produced by Ekta Kapoor.

According to a report in IWMBuzz, Arshi Bharti Shandilya will join the show and essay a character that is linked with Shivangi Joshi aka Aradhana. Sources suggest that the Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actress will be seen as Shivangi's on-screen sister.

Sai Ranade (Tara From Satara), Preet Kaur (Imlie) and Vipul Deshpande have also joined the star cast of Barsatein. After Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum and Sapnon Ki Chhalang, Barsaatein will be the next big launch on Sony TV.
