Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai leap: Pranali Rathod and Harshad Chopda's hit show has remained in the headlines ever since the conjecture about a generation leap surfaced on the internet. While the production house and the channel have refrained for commenting about the rumours, gossip mills suggest that the makers will introduce a time jump in either October and November.

WHEN WILL YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI TAKE A LEAP?

Speculations are rife that Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod will make an exit from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. The two celebrities, who play the roles of Abhimanyu and Akshara respectively, have remained tight-lipped about the development.

It was mumoured that the new cast of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai would be introduced at Star Parivaar Awards 2023. However, Filmibeat debunked the rumours and confirmed that the speculations were baseless.

Earlier this month, a source exclusively informed Filmibeat about the same. He stated, "There's no truth to the rumours. The main event of Star Parivaar Awards 2023 is scheduled for next week. How can the entire cast be revealed without any mock shoot or audition? The creative team is busy chalking out a plan for the upcoming track. Please don't pay heed to the rumours as the leap in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is yet not confirmed. However, the viewers should be ready for a spicy twist in the upcoming days."

Interestingly, the leap in YRKKH is expected to take place in November. Pranali and Harshad would complete two years with the Star Plus show by then.

KUMKUM BHAGYA LEAP

If the recent buzz is to be believed, a popular Zee TV show is all set to take a big generation leap. We are talking about Kumkum Bhagya. The hit show, which is produced by Ekta Kapoor, is rumoured to be taking a time jump in the upcoming months. Guess what? The creative team has reportedly chalked out a plan to introduce a generation leap.

According to a report in Times Of India, the big leap in Kumkum Bhagya is expected to take place in November. The story will now shift focus to Prachi and Ranbir's daughter, who will be the centre of the plot after the leap is introduced.

Krishna Kaul and Mugdha Chapekar, who are seen as main leads in Kumku Bhagya, are expected to quit the show after the leap track is incorporated in the storyline.

The channel is yet to make an official announcement about the same.
