NOT Imlie Or Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, THIS Star Plus Show To Go OFF AIR? Hiba Nawab's Drama To Replace

Star Plus show off air: When it comes to dominating the TRP charts, no channel has been able to beat Star Plus. The numero uno GEC has been able to create ripples on the small screen, courtesy of its popular show. While Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna starrer Anupamaa has been topping the rating chart, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin and Yeh Rishta Kya Keh Lata Hai are also performing well in terms of numbers.

NEW SHOWS ON STAR PLUS

Star Plus axed Faltu even when Niharkika Chouksey and Aakash Ahuja starrer secured a spot in list of top ten shows. It replaced the show with Mohit Malik and Sayli Salunkhe's Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si at the 9pm slot. The new show from the stable of Rajan Shahi was launched on August 21.

The channel is now gearing up for the launch of Keh Doon Tumhein, which will beam at 11pm slot. Star Plus will shift Titlie to 6:30pm slot while the new drama will take the late night slot.

PANDYA STORE TO GO OFF AIR, IMLIE UNDER SCANNER

A reliable industry source exclusively told Filmibeat, "Both Imlie and Pandya Store are under the scanner. The makers of Imlie have been told to improve numbers or shut shop. With Bhagyalakshmi becoming the slot leader and Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah and Neerja picking pace at 8:30pm slot, Imlie has suffered a drop in numbers. Pandya Store has also failed to impress the audience after the generation. It seems the exit of Alice Kaushik, Kanwar Dhillon and Shiny Doshi has affected the early evening show."

"Pandya Store is expected go off air either in September end or October first week. The makers have received a notice from the channel. If the TRPs rise, the channel might give a new slot, otherwise, the show will end after a successful stint on the small screen.

HIBA NAWAB-KRUSHAL AHUJA'S NEW SHOW JANNAT

Gossip mills suggest that Hiba Nawan and Krushal Ahuja's upcoming drama Jannat is expected to take the 7:30pm slot on Star Plus in either September or October 2023. While Pandya Store is the slot leader, the TRPs have dropped below the 2-TVR mark.

Star Plus is yet to make an official announcement about the new launch.
