Senjuti Das Eliminated From Indian Idol 13 Ahead Of Finale

Senjuti Das finished at the seventh position, getting evicted from the popular reality show, a week before the grand finale. The three judges decided to have a power play in the new season, allowing the audience to decide whom they wish to see in top 7. While the Senjuti reached the semi-finals, she couldn't advance to the last stage of the show. The Kolkata-based singer was eliminated from the show during the Saturday episode. Her eviction left the viewers emotional as she was considered one of the most talented singers in the thirteen season of Indian Idol.

Indian Idol 13 Winner: Top Six Finalists Vie For Trophy

Rishi Singh, Bidipta Chakraborty, Sonakshi Kar and Debosmita Roy, Chirag Kotwal and Shivam Singh will lock horns to claim the title of Indian Idol 13. The winner of Indian Idol will take home a new Techy Brezz along with the shiny trophy and cash prize.

Ayodhya's Rishi Singh has emerged as one of the finalists of Indian Idol 13, winning hearts with his soulful performances. "Indian Idol brought out a better version of me; from being no one to helping me make myself into someone who people recognize and shower me with so much love - this musical journey has been no less than a roller coaster ride and I am grateful for the same," Rishi Singh said in a statement.

Bidipta Chakraborty

There's no doubt that Bidipta Chakraborty was born to sing. The Bengali beauty expressed her excitement on becoming a finalist, calling the moment surreal. Bidipta stated that she has set her eyes on the winner's trophy of Indian Idol 13 and will leave no stone unturned to win it.

Sonakshi Kar

Sonakshi Kar started her career as a child contestant and later won hearts with her stupendous performance in Indian Idol 13. She is considered a probable winner of the reality show.

"Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that I will be one of the finalists in India's most prestigious and popular singing show. I would like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to all the judges and mentors who have been there for us and guided us to become who we are today," Sonakshi said in a statement.

Indian Idol 13 is judged by Himesh Reshammiya, Vishal Dadlani and Neha Kakkar. The show airs every Saturday and Sunday at 8pm on Sony TV. The grand finale will telecast on April 1 and April 2, 2023.
