Adnan Khan, while interacting with a portal, spoke about the conjecture. The Ishq Subhan Allah revealed the truth about the leap and shared an update about the twist.

The TV heartthrob said that nothing of the sort has been discussed with the actors. He added that he confirmed with the team and the production house also denied it. Adnan Khan told the portal that the rumours about the leap and the show going off air have been circulating since the past few months. "They are all just rumours with no basis in reality," he told India Forums.

As Adnan Khan has denied the five-year leap news, can the gossip mongers please lay to rest? Aditi Sharma earlier dropped a hint about the upcoming track, confirming that Maya won't be able to break Katha and Viaan's relationship.

"Two humans coming together in the name of love is no easy feat. You both have different backgrounds, orientations, ideas, and outlooks on life. In Katha's case, the challenges are further amplified because the idea of allowing herself to fall in love again was challenging. Aditi revealed that Katha will have doubts when Viaan's aunt Maya creates trouble between the two lovebirds. She said that Maya would influence the duo, causing misunderstandings between the couple.
