Junooniyatt TWIST: This Popular TV Star REPLACED In Ankit Gupta's Show- Reason Revealed

Junooniyatt twist: After a slow start, Ankit Gupta's show has picked pace on the small screen. Despite a time slot change, the daily soap co-starring Neha Rana and Gautam Singh Vig has managed to increase its numbers.

Week 31 brought cheers for the entire team of Junooniyatt as the show saw a rise in TRPs after a long time. The show increased from 1.1 to 1.3, courtesy of the drama-packed episodes. The cast and crew are on cloud nine as the ratings have witnessed a significant rise after a long time. Elaahi and Jahaan's track seems to be working in favour of the show.

Despite stiff competition from Kumkum Bhagya, Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum and Faltu, Junooniyat has been successful in garnering decent numbers. Ankit Gupta and Neha Rana's sizzling chemistry has created ripples on the TV screens, leaving the fans excited. While there is time for ElHaan's reunion, the current drama-packed episodes have captured the attention of the audience.

REPLACEMENT IN ANKIT GUPTA'S SHOW

We have a spicy update for the viewers of Ankit Gupta's popular show. There will be a major replacement in the daily soap as an actor has quit the show mid-way. There will be a change in the face of Inderjit as Ram Aujla, who played the character, has quit. He left the show due to personal reasons.

Ram was seen as Jordan aka Gautam Vig's character in Junooniyatt. Replacing him will be Rishi Khurana. The actor, who is known for his role in Pravisht Mishra and Aura Bhatnagar starrer Barrister Babu, has jetted off to Chandigarh for the shoot.

Was Rishi apprehensive of shifting to Chandigarh for the shoot? The actor told ETimes that he wasn't sure earlier but he is happy to be working with the production house. He said that he feels it like a challenge to replace an actor in an existing show but he is confident he can pull it off with ease.

Rishi Khurana had earlier worked with Ravie Dubey, the producer of Junooniyatt, in Saas Bina Sasural. The duo was seen as siblings in the hit Sony TV show.
