"Several new shows on the channel are not performing well in terms of TRPs. Only Naagin 6 and Udaariyaan are gaining decent numbers. Tejasswi Prakash's show is like a golden goose for Colors and they won't be killing it soon when other properties have failed," a reliable source told Filmibeat.

We have received information that Ekta Kapoor and Colors channel will once againe extend Naagin 6 as other properties on the GEC including Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal, DharamPatnii and Agni Sakshi are already facing the axe.

"The channel is yet to take a decision on Naagin 6's fate as Bekaboo has also failed to grab decent eyeballs during weekends. Contrary to the rumours, the supernatural drama is not going off air next month and will most probably receive another extension," the source said when asked about Naagin 6 getting another extension.

"Swatti Bakshi has been approached for Naagin 6. She will be seen in a positive role and her entry is expected to spice up things in the hit weekend show. Things are under development and if things go as planned, the Saathiya 2 star will be seen making a grand entry in Naagin season 6," our khabri quipped when questioned about the track.

Naagin 6 co-starring Shrey Mittal is the sixth installment of Naagin franchise. It airs on weekends at 8pm on Colors channel.
