Naagin 6 TWIST: Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke Star To Romance Tejasswi Prakash After Leap, Shrey Mittal To QUIT?

Naagin 6 twist: TV buffs get ready for a blockbuster twist in Tejasswi Prakash's show. After making waves with back-to-back leaps, the makers are once again introducing a time jump in the weekend drama. They have decided to take things a notch higher by churning out drama-packed episodes.

NAAGIN 6 EXTENSION

Filmibeat was the first portal to inform our beloved readers about the show getting another extension. We shared spicy update about Naagin 6's extension, revealing that Colors channel has decided to continue its top-rated property.

"Several new shows on the channel are not performing well in terms of TRPs. Only Naagin 6 and Udaariyaan are gaining decent numbers. Tejasswi Prakash's show is like a golden goose for Colors and they won't be killing it soon when other properties have failed," a reliable source told Filmibeat.

NAAGIN 6 LEAP- SHOW TO BE REVAMPED

While Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal (Karan Kundrra, Gashmeer Mahajani and Reem Shaikh's show) is ending this month, Fahmaan Khan starrer DharamPatnii is also facing the axe. However, Naagin 6 has been saved as it is performing quite well in terms of TRPs.

"The channel has decided to extend Naagin 6's fate as Bekaboo has also failed to grab decent eyeballs during weekends. Contrary to the rumours, the supernatural drama is not going off air next month and will receive another extension of one-two month," the source quipped when asked about Naagin season six extension.

As the makers are revamping the show, they have roped in Malini Kapoor to play Tejasswi Prakash's mother in the show. Interestingly, her sister Shalini Kapoor was seen as Teja's on-screen mother-in-law in Swaragini, where she was paired opposite Namish Taneja.

NAAGIN 6 NEW LEAD

If gossip mills are to be believed, Shrey Mittal will make an exit from Naagin 6. The production house is yet to make an official announcement; however, there are mumours that the casting team has already roped in a popular actor to play the male lead in the show.

The Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke star will be seen romancing Tejasswi in the sixth installment of Naagin 6, as per a report in Times Of India. We are talking about Vatsal Sheth. The actor, who has worked in both Bollywood and television industry, will play Teja's love interest in Ekta Kapoor's show.
