If Jiya is truly entering the house then it would not be wrong to say that she is the most popular contestant of the Bigg Boss OTT as she is the first one to trend on Twitter. The popular TV star is fondly known for playing the role of Iravato in Meri Hanikarak Biwi. She also played the lead in Kaatel & Sons and Pishachini. The small screen diva impressed the audience with her power-packed performance in the Marathi flick Ved, which also starred Genelia Deshmukh.

The 28-year-old actress, born and brought up in Mumbai, made her acting debut with a Telugu film Entha Andanga Unnave. She has also acted in the Tamil movie Kanavu Variyam.

On the professional front, Jiya was last seen as Piku in Pishachini, which also starred Nyrra Banerji and Harsh Rajput. The actress has close to one million Instagram followers and she keeps on sharing pictures and videos from them.
