Sagar Parekh's track came to an end following the culmination of the storyline. While gossip mills suggested that Anuj and Anupama would separate following Samar's death, MaAn continued to support each other. However, the latest buzz has indicated that Choti Anu might die in the serial and this will lead to MaAn's separation when the America track is introduced.

Rajan Shahi has denied the conjecture about Choti Anu's death, calling it fake news. The makers have planned a special surprise for the audience before incorporating Anupama's American journey into the plot.

Amid the chatter over Anupama leaving for Anupama, there's a major update that captured the attention of the netizens. Nidhi Shah, who plays the role of Kinjal, has quit the show. Yes, you read that right!

WHY IS NIDHI SHAH QUITTING ANUPAMAA SERIAL?

After weeks of speculation, it has been confirmed that Nidhi Shah will no longer be seen in the show. Contrary to the rumours floating on the internet, the actress has stated that she has not quit the daily soap but she is making an exit.

Why is Nidhi Shah aka Kinjal leaving Anupamaa? This is the question on everyone's mind. The actress, while interacting with a portal, revealed the real reason behind her exit from the serial.

The TV diva said that she has made the exit as her character didn't have the potential to grown in the current track. When asked if she would return to the show after some time, she said that nothing is confirmed and if she didn't come back, she would be happy with her journey in Anupamaa.

Nidhi told ETimes that if she returns to the show, she would be equally happy as she has been playing the role of Kinjal for close to three years now.

Kinjal and Toshu will be shown shifting base to the United Kingdom, marking an end to their characters. It remains to be seen if Aashish Mehrotra will also join Nidhi and leave the show like his on-screen wife.
