Yeh Hai Chahatein leap: Abrar Qazi and Sargun Kaur Luthra's hit daily soap has been making waves ever since rumours about the generation leap surfaced on the internet. Ardent viewers of the show expressed their displeasure over the leap as gossip mills have suggested that Abrar and Sargun would quit following the time jump.

While the channel and the production house have not officially announced the leap, speculations are rife that new actors will enter Yeh Hai Chahatein. Sargun Kaur Luthra will make an exit before the leap; however, Abrar Qazi will remain a part of the show for a few episodes before bidding adieu to the audience.

YEH HAI CHAHATEIN STAR CONFIRMS LEAP IN SHOW

Ishita Ganguly, who plays the role of Manasi in YHC, has confirmed that her daily soap will witness a time jump in the near future. Spilling the beans on the same, the Shastri Sisters said that she joined the show two months back but is not aware about the upcoming track. She added that she has 'no clue when the leap track' will be introduced.

Ishita Ganguly, while interacting with a leading daily, said that she is not disappointed, adding that the makers have informed her about the leap. She said that she is not sure if her track will continue post the leap as they makers are planning a 20-year leap and she cannot look 20 years older. "Had a very good role and the makers have been very professional. It's a wait and watch situation, till then I am happy with my role," the actress told Times Of India.

Yeh Hai Chahatein, which is the spin-off of Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel's much-loved Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, airs on Star Plus from Monday to Sunday at 10:30pm. It is the slot leader, garnering maximum viewership across all channels at the late night slot.
