Chaahenge Tumhe Itnaa Cast: Bharat Ahlawat To Play Lead In Ektaa Kapoor's New Show On Shemaroo Umang

Bharat Ahlawat, renowned for his appearances in several well-known television shows, is set to take on the lead role in Ektaa Kapoor's latest venture, 'Chaahenge Tumhe Itnaa,' coming soon exclusively on Shemaroo Umang. The talented actor will portray the character of Siddharth, sharing the screen with Swati Sharma, who takes on the female lead in the show.

Sharing his excitement about bagging the lead role, Bharat Ahlawat expresses the thrill that comes with this fresh phase in his acting career. The actor, while interacting with a leading daily, opened up about his excitement after bagging the lead role. He said that he is delighted to start the New Year with a bang, adding that his happiness had doubled as he started his acting journey with Ekta Kapoor.

"And now getting my first lead role under the guidance of Ektaa Kapoor Ma'am feels like a complete journey. Also, working with such a notable channel like Shemaroo Umang is not only a blessing but also a substantial opportunity for me," Ahlawat was quoted as saying by Times Of India.

Recalling his audition experience, Ahlawat shares, "I auditioned for 'Chaahenge Tumhe Itnaa,' for the role of 'Siddharth' and gave my best for it. After a while the makers informed me of my selection for the role. It felt surreal, and it was exactly what I was looking forward to."

Detailing his character Siddharth, Ahlawat adds, "Sidharth is a typical boy-next-door with a carefree attitude. He's wealthy, influential, and immensely popular in college-a character reminiscent of Karan Johar's film persona like Varun Dhawan in 'Student of the Year.' Playing such a role has always been a dream, and I hope the viewers will embrace me and shower their love on both me and the show."

Shemaroo Umang's upcoming show, 'Chaahenge Tumhe Itnaa,' unfolds a captivating narrative about Ashi, a simple, selfless girl who puts her family before herself. Ashi's equation with her family and her journey through complexities of life forms the plot of the show.
