Stars Share Their Reasons for Joining
Reem Sameer Shaikh shared her reason for joining the show. She recently started experimenting in the kitchen and received positive feedback from her friend Karan Wahi, boosting her confidence. This praise encouraged her to participate in the show.
Competition and Balance
When asked about the biggest competition, Reem mentioned that she hasn't seen anyone cook yet. However, she noted that during a pre-show gathering, others praised her and Jannat Zubair, suggesting they might be strong competitors.
Reem also shared her thoughts on balancing kitchen chaos with entertainment. She doesn't need to try hard to be funny in the kitchen, as her natural cooking style often results in humorous situations.
Handling Pressure and Mishaps
Reem revealed that there is no pressure on her and Jannat as they are the youngest participants. They are still learning about cooking, and any pressure placed on them would be due to others' high expectations.
Recalling a kitchen mishap, Reem shared an incident when she and her dad attempted to make mac and cheese but used wheat flour instead of corn flour. Despite their efforts, the dish didn't turn out well, but it was a funny experience.
Cooking Style and Survival Dish
When asked to describe her cooking style as a superhero, Reem said her superpower would be the ability to slice and dice vegetables effortlessly. This would save time and effort in the kitchen.
For survival, Reem believes a sandwich would be the easiest dish to make. Its versatility allows for various fillings, making it a quick and simple meal.
Quirky Dish Name
Imagining herself as a dish on a restaurant menu, Reem would call herself "Honey Chilli Reem," reflecting her unique personality and style.
