Actor Rajveer Singh Rajput is currently the talk of the town for his stellar acting prowess in the Disney+Hotstar series- Machhli. In the series, Rajveer plays the character of Shashikant Sahay, a police officer who tries to uncover the integrity of his decisions.

The actor, who received immense appreciation from the viewers, is on cloud nine. The series also bagged the 'Best Series Award' at the Rajasthan International Film Festival 2023. Rajveer is elated with the response he received for his performance and calls 'Machhli' a game-changer project of his career.

The talented actor, while interacting with Filmibeat, opened up about the feedback that the audience have given to him. He also spoke about playing a different role in the series as we caught up with him over a cup of coffee.

"The role I played in the series allowed me to delve into a whole new level of acting, exploring the complexities and joys of being an actor. Playing Shashikant was a fulfilling journey and I got to learn a lot through this series," Rajveer said.

Rajveer is basking in the success of Machhli, stating that it was a turning point in his career. He is glad that he got an opportunity to play the lead role in this series. He quipped "I have done numerous projects in my career and all of them are close to my heart, but I would say that Machhli is the game changer project of my career. It has brought immense praise and recognition to my share. It's a hugely happy moment of my career and I'm cherishing this thoroughly."
