Headlined by Sharwanand and Krithi Shetty, the film also features Vikram Aditya, Seerat Kapoor, Ayesha Khan, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ravindra, Rahul Ramakrishna, Shiva Kandhukuri, Sudharshan, and others in pivotal roles. It hit theatres on June 7, 2024.

TG Vishwa Prasad took on the role of producer for the film, with Vivek Kuchibhotla serving as co-producer and Krithi Prasad as creative producer. "Manamey," a Hesham Abdul Wahab musical, is presented by People Media Factory and produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under the Ramsey Studios banner. The cinematography was handled by Vishnu Sarma and Gnana Shekar V.S., while editing was undertaken by Prawin Pudi.

The grand pre-release event for the movie took place in Hyderabad, where Sharwanand expressed, "Many questioned why I was inclined towards serious films. I aimed for a movie that combines both entertainment and a compelling narrative. 'Manamey' revolves around a poignant theme, emphasising the significance of cherishing moments with our loved ones. The concluding 40 minutes of 'Manamey' promise a transcendent experience. It avoids preachy messages and unnecessary scenes, focusing solely on entertainment. We crafted this film to captivate audiences, not to dissect its logic. Initially, we planned the pre-release event in Pithapuram but faced permit issues. However, the success meeting will be held there."
