Niharika Konidela Opens Up About Divorce: ‘I Just Want To Be Happy, Whether Single Or Committed’

Niharika Konidela Reflects on Divorce and Future Aspirations: In a recent interview with Great Andhra, actor and producer Niharika Konidela shared her thoughts on her personal journey following her divorce from Chaitanya JV. Appearing upbeat and composed, Niharika discussed her past relationship and expressed optimism about her future endeavours.

When asked about her current state of mind, Niharika conveyed a sense of relief and focus. "That cloud has passed," she remarked with a smile. "I am focusing my energy on my work and am excited about the prospects of both acting in and producing quality films."

Regarding the possibility of finding new love, Niharika adopted a relaxed stance. "My priority is my happiness, whether I am single or in a relationship. If love comes along naturally, I'm open to it, but I am not actively seeking it. My family is supportive and understanding, and they don't impose any pressure on me," she stated.

Niharika Konidela's Emotional Journey Post-Divorce

Earlier this year, during an appearance on Nikhil Vijayendra Simha's podcast, Niharika had opened up about her divorce for the first time.She described the experience as transformative, for better or worse.. "I'm at a point where my focus is on personal growth and supporting my parents. It's important to be independent and not rely on the wrong person. It has been almost two years since the separation, and while it was painful, I am moving forward," she shared.

Niharika also reflected on the emotional impact of the breakup, noting, "I cried a lot after the split. Marriage is something you enter with hopes for a lifetime, but things didn't turn out as I expected. At 30, I'm still open to love, but my immediate goal is to establish my independence and work on myself."

Niharika Konidela's Film Projects

Following her role in the 2019 film Suryakantham, Niharika is set to return to the big screen with the Telugu film What The Fish and a yet-to-be-announced Tamil project. Her most recent appearance was in the 2023 web series Dead Pixels.
