Hema Sets the Record Straight: Dismisses Accusations
In a viral video, Hema clarified that she was, in fact, at her farmhouse located in Hyderabad during the purported time of the rave party. "I was not present at the rave party in Bangalore. Instead, I was enjoying my time at the farmhouse in Hyderabad. I have no association whatsoever with the Bengaluru rave party," she asserted.
Expressing her dismay, she pointed out that her name has been unnecessarily dragged into the media and urged her fans and followers to refrain from believing everything circulating on social media platforms.
According to reports, the crime branch team seized 17 MDMA pills and cocaine from the rave party, which extended beyond 2 a.m. on Monday. Approximately 100 individuals, including 25 women, were reportedly in attendance.
The venue of the party is purportedly owned by an individual named Gopala Reddy. Authorities discovered over 15 luxury vehicles, including Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, and Audi, parked outside the party premises.
A case has been registered at the Electronic City police station, and further investigations into the matter are currently underway.
In March 2023, Hema lodged a complaint against YouTube channels for disseminating false information and spreading 'lies and defamatory content' against her and her spouse. Expressing her frustration over the proliferation of misinformation and fake news on social media platforms, Hema emphasised that old photographs of her and her spouse were shared online without her consent. Additionally, she highlighted the use of misleading and derogatory thumbnails by YouTube channels, which she claimed had caused damage to her reputation.
