Surya Narayana (Sathyaraj) is an honest judge. One day, a girl committed suicide due to her judgment in a case. The judge resigns from his post, saying that the legal profession is not suitable for him, and runs a grocery store to pass the time. Thinking that his son Lucky (Gopichand) should rectify his wrongs, he educates him as a lawyer. He has been taught since childhood to stand up for those who have been wronged and to plead cases without profit. 

However, the son becomes a pakka commercial lawyer while pretending to be fair to everyone in front of his father. In addition, Suryanarayana is preparing to put on a lawyer's coat again. This is because he has been arguing some false cases against his father, who has resigned as a judge and is living a normal life. What kind of consequences did the war between father and son lead to?
