Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam is a rural backdrop movie directed by AR Mohan. Story   Srinivas Sripada (Allari Naresh), who works as a Telugu teacher, goes to Maredumilli area as an election officer for the assembly election in the Rampachodavaram constituency. However, Srinivas tries to convince the villagers of Maredumilli that if they exercise the right to vote, they will get transport, health, and education facilities. In this sequence, Srinivas, an English teacher (Vennela Kishore), and a government official (Praveen) are kidnapped.
