Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja has starred in three movies like Nippu, Daravu and Devudu Chesina Manushulu in 2012 and he has failed to impress the audience and retain his mass hero tag. But in his latest fourth outing Sarocharu, the actor will surely at his best and the movie is definitely rock you. It is good family entertainer with all the masala elements.
Sarocharu is a romantic comedy entertainer and Ravi Teja's performance is the main attraction in the film. Parasuram's screenplay and punch dialogues, Devi Sri Prasad's music, Vijay K Chakravarthy's cinematography, good comedy timing and funny one-liners, well choreographed action and dance sequences are the other highlights of the movie.
The movie has an interesting storyline and director Parasuram has brought it on the screen in a beautiful way. He has a complete grip over different twists and turns that he has included in the story. The first half of Sarocharu is a joyride with lot of comedy, punch dialogues, action and a couple of romantic songs. A twist in the tale at the end of the first half picks up a good pace for the story. The second half is also interesting, but it is the climax that leaves you spellbound and it should be watched on screen.
Sandhya (Kajal Aggarwal) is a student, who falls in love with Italian-based techie Karthik (Ravi Teja), but he is already in love with another girl named Vasu (Richa Gangopadhyay). Here enters Sandhya's bava Gautham (Nara Rohit), who is madly in love with her. Who will Sandhya choose between Karthik and Gautham? What happens to Vasu? The rest of the movie will answer these questions, which should be watch on screen. As usual, Ravi Teja has given brilliant performance in the movie Sarocharu. He looks stunning in all action, comedy, dance and emotional sequences. His delivery of punch dialogues and funny one-liners will surely rock you.
Kajal Aggarwal and Richa Gangopadhyay have filled the glamour slot and they will rock you in the dance sequences. There are also few sentimental scenes. MS Narayana wins your heart with his perfect comedy timing. Nara Rohit does not have much scope for his role, he manages to impress you in a short span of time. Others like Jayasudha, Master Bharat, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao, Delhi Rajeswari and Chandra Mohan are good in their respective roles.
Sarocharu 5/10 Light on Sarocharu - Movie Review Sarocharu has sound production elements and Devi Sri Prasad's music is the main highlight in the technical front. All his soundtracks are good to listen. Especially, songs like 'Made for Each other' and 'Jaga Jaga Jagadeka Veera' will be remembered even after you are out of theatre. Vijay K Chakravarthy's camerawork is another attraction in the movie Sarocharu. Especially in song sequences, he has captured some of the exotic locations of Europe and Italy.
The choreography of songs and action sequences is another highlight of the film. Parasuram's screenplay, punch dialogues and one-lines ('Nenu okkasari action lo ki digite, avatala vadiki reaction cut chese time kuda undadu') are also big assets of the movie. Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao's editing is also commendable.
Overall, Saroucharu is a good romantic comedy entertainer, which you can watch sitting with your family. Ravi Teja is the showman in the film and he will definitely win your heart. Don't miss to watch it this weekend.
