Balachander to direct a film on 'AIDS'

Popular Tamil director K Balachander, whose 101st film Abaddham (Poy in Tamil) was released recently, is planning yet another good film under his direction. His forthcoming movie would have AIDS as its backdrop.

Balachander, participating in a musical nite organized by Genesis Welfare Trust, which was formed to extend services to the patients with HIV+, says, 'In order to clear various doubts and suspicions on AIDS, I thought of bringing out a film. In fact, I have already prepared a script as well. I will bring out the movie very soon.
