Balakrishna to play both Lord and devotee

By Super Admin

Popular director K Raghavendra Rao had made several romantic films and gave several heroines their big break while making them look glamorous. Of late, he turned a little devotional and directed two devotional films, namely Annamayya and Sri Ramadasu with Nagarjuna in the lead and proved his mettle. Now, he is all set to direct Balakrishna for another devotional flick called Pandurangadu.

According to Film Nagar sources, Balakrishna is playing dual roles in the film as Lord Panduranga as well as the devotee Pundarika. Writer JK Bharavi and music director Keeravani are again teaming up with Raghavendra Rao for this film. Yet another speciality of the film is that Suman is also playing a key role in this film. Balakrishna's father played hero in Panduranga Mahatyam and made the song 'Hey... Krishna... Mukundaa... Muraari...' is an all-time hit song even now. As usual, the first half of the film would be romantic and the second part would be full of devotion.
