Guru, his new film, with superstar cast consisting of Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan, Madhavan and Vidhya Balan, is almost ready and awaiting release. In Tamil, the film will simply be called Guru. The name of its Telugu version is Gurukanth. This one is based on the life of industrialist Dheerubhai Ambani.

Meanwhile, rumors are on that the film's lead pair, Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan, is going to get married on the 19th of February. Confirmation or denial from the members of the family involved is awaited.

When asked if marrying an older woman was such a good idea, the parent of one of the stars, said, "Sachin Tendulkar had got married to a woman who is five years older than him. He's very happy with her. It wouldn't be an issue at all."

Ironically, Amitabh Bachchan was one of the main supporters of the Vivek Oberoi- Aishwarya Rai romance. When the romance was at its peak, the three had worked together in a film. Then, she abruptly announced that there was nothing between Vivek and her.
