Heroines mobbed by Andhra fans

In Kukatpalli, a suburb of Secunderabad, there's a big textile showroom. A competitor opened a textile showroom right across it and invited Gopika to inaugurate it. The other shop came to know of it and invited Nayantara. Since both functions took place on the same day at the same time, a huge crowd gathered to see the stars.

Nayantara was first to arrive and the fans surrounded her car and blew kisses in the car. Nayan was trapped in the car, unable to come out. The shop executives rescued her and shepherded her safely into the showroom. Nayantara stayed there for hardly 5 minutes before taking off.

At that moment Gopika arrived and the fans ran and surrounded her, trying to touch her and see if she was for real. Gopika was in a quandary about how to escape from this ordeal. The police came in to rescue and had to brandish the lathi and disperse the crowd. Only then could Gopika breathe easy!
