<i>Mahatma</i> completes shooting

The shooting of Mahatma, directed by Srirangam Satishkumar and produced by Gaddam Srinu (Venkatagiri) on the banner of Nagarjuna Cine Creations with Nagababu in a prominent role and Rockey and Amritha Agarwal in the lead, was completed recently. Director Satishkumar says, 'It is the story of a youth who caught in the cobweb of mafia. How he was able to come out of it and how he busted it is the subject. The film has come out well. There are five melodious songs and Lalith Suresh music would be a highlight.

Producer Gaddam Srinu says, 'We are planning to release the film as a Sankranthi gift. The film had different elements including action, comedy, sentiment and love in its backdrop. The CBI officer's role played by Nagababu would be another highlight of the film.' Vijayarangaraja, Ramireddy, Surya, Raghunatha Reddy, Chitram Basha, Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao, Allari Subhashini are in the cast. Camera is by Anand Sriram and the film is being presented by S Gita.
