<i>Pokiri Pilla</i> for Dec 1 release

The successful Malayalam film Lanka directed by AK Shahan with Suresh Gopi and Mamata Mohandas in the lead is being dubbed into Telugu as Pokiri Pilla by S Harish Reddy on the banner of Dhruti Cinema. The producer is making efforts to release the film on December 1. Producer Harish Reddy says, 'The film was made with real life incidents in Sri Lanka some time ago and it is a big hit in Malayalam. Made with action and romance in the backdrop, the film has Nandita Mohandas' performance and glamour as highlights. Presently dubbing work is in progress. We are planning to release the audio on November 20 and the film on December 1. We are sure that the film would be a hit in Telugu too.' Laila, Thomas and others are in the cast. Dialogues are by Rajasekhara Reddy, lyrics are by Vennelakanti and music is by Srinivas.
