Vijayabhaskar to direct Sumanth

Sravanthi Ravikishore of 'Sri Sravanthi Movies' is planning to remake a successful Malayalam film Classmates with the same name Classmates in Telugu. The film is going to be directed by Vijayabhaskar while Sumanth, Sharvanand, Sunil and Ravivarma are playing the heroes, while Sada and Kamalini Mukherjee are in the female lead. The shooting of the film has begun in Hyderabad on November 16. The Muhurat shot was picturised on God's portraits. EVV Satyanarayana gave the clap, while SV Krishna Reddy switched on the camera. Producer says, 'The film had several interesting elements. We are planning our first schedule from December 6. We will complete the film before March. There are six songs.'

Director Vijayabhaskar says, 'There are several elements that could attract the youth. This is my first film with Sumanth.' Sumanth says, 'You just can't classify this film whether it is an action film, mass film or class film. It will attract all classes of audiences.' Tanikella Bharani, Giribabu, Sudha, Uttej, Sivareddy, Maruthi, Chitralekha and others are in the cast. Story is by James Albert, Dialogues are by Abburi Ravi, lyrics are by Sirievennela, editing is by Srikar Prasad, music is by Koti and cinematography is by Hari Anumolu.
