Popular director A Kodandarami Reddy, who gave several hits and blockbusters to Mega Star Chiranjeevi in his early days of his career, is now introducing his son Vaibhav as hero through Godava under his own direction, with his wife acting as producer and his elder son as the presenter on the banner of K Films. Presently post-production works are in progress for the movie. Addressing the media, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao said, 'In fact, Kodandarami Reddy entered the film industry to become an artiste but turned a director. Now, he is looking the artiste in him through his son. Kodandarami Reddy gave several hits to many heroes in Telugu film industry and our confidence in him was proved right while watching the rushes that he would give a sure hit for his son. Even before the release of the film, Vaibhav bagged an offer to play hero in a Tamil film. This made us believe that he would become a multilingual hero.'

Paruchuri Gopalakrishna said, 'We know Kodandarami Reddy, even before his becoming a director. He will never compromise with regard to the story and at the same time, he would not step back to mould the subject as it is on the celluloid. As the climax of the film was not as effective as he expected, the entire climax episode was reshot. Vaibhav is playing a role which would represent the present day youth. Vaibhav has good commitment he would surely earn a good name as a hero.'

Kodandarami Reddy said, 'Presently re-recording is in progress. We are planning to launch the audio in the second week and the film would be released through Pyramid Film in October.' Presenter of the film A Sunil Reddy said, 'Manisharma scored music for the movie and there are six songs. Of them two each were shot in Malaysia and Bangkok.'

Shraddha Arya is making her debut as heroine, while Chalapati Rao, Sayaji Shinde, Brahmanandam, AVS, MS Narayana, Nagendra Babu, Venumadhav, Sunil, Raghbabu, Jayaprakash Reddy, Annapurna, Subhashini, and others are in the cast.
