New film 'Premabhishekam' launched

Shooting of 'Premabhishekam' (Veediki Cancer Ledu) was launched at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Directed by Vikram Gandhi, the film is presented by Venumadhav's brothers Trivikram and Gopalakrishna and is produced by his friend G Vijaykumar Goud. The film, which is being made under the Time Pass Cinemas banner, has Venumadhav in the lead role. Dasari Narayana Rao gave the clap and Lagadapati Sridhar switched on the camera for the muhurat shot featuring Venumadhav under the honorary direction of VV Vinayak. The specialty of the film is that Srihari and Nagababu are playing key roles in the movie.

Venumadhav said, 'The film"s story is written by Dasari Narayana Rao. Heroines don"t have much of a place in the film. A part of the film will be shot in Mumbai and in Europe.' Srihari said, 'The film will have good comedy by both me and Venumadhav. Though my character is a serious character, those who watch it will be entertained thoroughly. I am playing a rowdy character in the movie.'

Producer Vijaykumar Goud said, 'The regular shooting will begin from October 27 and the first schedule would end by the end of the month. Two more schedules were planned in November and December with which we will wrap up the shooting. We are planning to release the film in March.' The film writer Ramaswamy said, 'I scripted dialogues for 'Bhukailas'. I am very happy to get an opportunity to pen dialogues for this movie.'

The other writer Praveen Varma said, 'Though the film's title is 'Premabhishekam', it is basically 'Hasyabhiskeham'. Almost all the comedians in the Telugu film industry are playing roles in the movie. Pradeep, Purnima, Geeta Singh, Swathi, Uma, Deepanjali, Ravali, Nisha and others are in the cast. Chakri has composed the film"s music. The camerawork is by Vasu. Ramaswamy, Praveen Varma, Srinivasulu and Venumadhav have written the script of the film. Chandrabose has written the lyrics to the songs in the film. Dancing ace Raghava Lawrence, Amma Rajasekhar and Pradeep Antoni is the handling the film choreography. Director SS Vikram Gandhi is at the helm of the film.
