Tanikella Bharani sings for Kartheeka Maasam

Character artiste Tanikella Bharani has sung a song in the new movie Kartheeka Maasam. The songs title is 'Bhagyalakshmi Raave… Muddulichi Povay...". The film is directed by Geddada Anandababu under the Mallikarjuna Movies banner. The films producer is Anaparthi Sivarama Krishna. He said, “The song would be picturised with Tanikella Bharani himself. We felt that if he could sing the song which will be shot featuring him, it would be nice. We proposed this to him and he immediately agreed to it."

The director said, “Many years ago, actors used to themselves sing their songs in their films. This doesn"t happen so much these days. We felt that Tanikella Bharani could sing well and so we recorded the song with him singing it. The music for the song has been scored by Lakshmi Vinayak.

As a matter of fact, Tanikella has sung for one his films earlier also. He wrote the lyrics and sang a song in Gundammagari Manavadu. There are a total of nine songs in the film. 40% of the films shooting is over. A new shooting schedule will be on August 1st onwards."
