<i>Yamadonga</i> - a remake of <i>Wah... Life Ho Tho Aisee</i>

It is well aware that the shooting of Yamadonga directed and produced by SS Rajamouli on the banner of Viswamitra Creations with NTR, Priyamani and Mamata Mohandas in the lead is progressing well. Mohanbabu is playing the role of Yamadharma Raju while Rajiv Kanakala is donning the role of 'Indra' in this film. This prestigious film will also have three other heroines like Parvathi Milton, Navneet Kaur and Kamna Jethmalani in some other lead roles. Going by the present indications, the film would be on the lines of Yamagola of the late NTR. According to reliable sources, the film would be a copy of the recent Bollywood flick of Sanjay Dutt, Wah... Life Ho Tho Aisee, directed by Mahesh Manjrekar.

The film also has Shahid Kapoor and Amritha Rao as lead pair, while Sanjay Dutt played the role of Yamadharma Raju, and Arshad Warshi in another important role. Shahid Kapoor had so many problems and family responsibilities. He had a grandmother who was ill, a sister ready for marriage, an unemployed brother and other such kin. Shahid Kapoor falls in love with Amritha Rao, who comes to their house to teach tuition to the children in his home. Shahid Kapoor meets with an accident and dies in the hospital. After reaching the Yamaloka, he pleads with Lord Yama to send him back to the earth to complete all his responsibilities. Lord Yama sends him back home. Shahid Kapoor returns to the earth along with a boy. But no one is able to recognize them.

In this backdrop, they meet a phakir (Arshad Warsi) who gives them super powers of Lord Hanuman. The story takes many twists from there. Rumours are at it that the latest film of Rajamouli, will have some scent of this flick. Let us wait and see how much truth is there in the rumours in the days to come
