Chak De girl Arya to debut in Telugu

John Baptist is producing a film under the banner of Meshek Movie Makers introducing Sinivas Balla, a protege of noted Malayalam director Siddique, as director. The film has two heroes and a heroine. While Shashank is playing one hero, Arya Menon of 'Chak De India'-fame is being introduced to Telugu as another hero. Gayatri of 'Notebook' fame is the female lead. Shooting of the film is in progress at Malaysia now.

Producer says, "We formally launched the shooting by the end of April. Later, we recorded songs penned by Suresh Gangula, Kaluva Krishnasai, Bompem Jayasurya and others under the music direction of national award winner and Malayalam music director Mohan Sitara. The regular shooting of the film was launched from June 1 at Malaysia."

"Canning of a song is in progress on Shashank, Arya Menon and Gayatri under the dance direction of choreographer Shanti Kumari. Our unit will return to Hyderabad in the second half of this month to continue the remaining shooting. The film is coming up with a very good subject with triangular love in its backdrop, " he added.
